This device designed and developed fully by MG, can be used to record the progress of the slope color on the fiber and store and/or print the curve for the later comparisons. It can be used to verify the efficacy of new dyestuff, or chemical products, compared to those normally used, or to optimize the water consumption during the washing step in the dyeing process.
A special receiver detects the turbidity of the liquid circulating inside the collector. The information is processed by the microprocessor and then transformed into an analog signal.
