The DCS60 is a microprocessor equipped with high brightness graphic display 64x128 (pixel) on which you can view the theoretical dyeing cycle graph . The configuration of the instrument is extremely safe because it is password protected. Equipped with eight relay outputs, with which you can work in two modes: In mode 1 there is the possibility to connect the instrument to a PLC and using the binary combinations of the outputs F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 perform certain functions. In mode 2 (standard controller) is directly DCS60 that controls the functions of the process. Several versions of firmware already compiled allow the control of different types of machines in the field of dyeing and food. You can store up to 60 programs of 40 steps each one.
